HOUSE BILL NO. 130 by Representative Harris, entitled:                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
    "An Act prohibiting a state legislator, the governor, and the                                                               
    lieutenant governor from retaining office if the person runs for a                                                          
    different state or federal office and a part of the term of the                                                             
    different office runs concurrently with that of the office held; and
